How Corporate Development Process (CDP) can help you build winning teams in your business
From extensive research that underpinned the creation of CDP, Professor Petri Schutte discovered the links between key skills attributes and motivation at every level in an organisation, as illustrated in the diagram below. Further analysis showed that the relative contributions of each attribute are equally important in enhancing team and company performance to deliver sustained growth and profitability.
With CDP, you can benchmark performance across your organisation and identify the actions required to set key performance indicators. CDP enables you identify which key performance areas will give you the strongest and fastest improvement and can reveal reasons behind strong or weak motivation levels.
CDP identifies and prioritises the key issues and then produces an action list - so it is entirely compatible with the EFQM and other similar models. CDP can also be used to support and give focus to processes such as balanced scorecard or Investors In People and therefore helps you maintain total control over your company improvement programme.
