The diagram below illustrates the attributes of a highly-motivated winning employee and how those attributes inter-relate. The Corporate Development Process (CDP) examines these attributes for every employee and manager who takes part in the process, enabling you to identify individual and team strengths and weaknesses across your company.
As the CDP results are collected anonymously, and managers are also included, our experience is that employees readily accept the concept and are interested to participate. Indeed, our research shows that the process is perceived as motivational in itself because it demonstrates to employees that their views are important.
